Frequently asked questions
Credits are the currency of the studio. Each generation is charged according to the size of the script in bytes, so a short line costs less than a full scene. The rate per 1,000 bytes (about 1,000 Latin characters) is shown in the plans above.
Choose a monthly or yearly plan if you generate regularly, or a one-time credit pack if you only need a few lines. Both add credits to the same account balance.
Yes. You can move between plans or add a credit pack at any time, and the credits already on your account stay there.
Subscription credits follow your billing period. One-time pack credits stay on your account until you use them.
Card payments are processed by our payment provider at checkout. Where supported, the amount is shown in your local currency.
If no audio is delivered, the credits for that generation are returned to your account automatically. For anything else, contact support and we will review the case.
Write to support@drama3.app. Include your account email and, if the question is about a generation, the script you used.
Credits belong to a single account. Team seats are not offered yet.
Generation stops until you add credits. You can top up with a one-time pack or move to a larger plan.
